2026: a year to grow, innovate, and better support our clients

In 2026 we want to continue growing with focus, vision, and purpose.
We aim to strengthen our capabilities, expand our services, and move forward more strongly in innovation, technical specialization, and closer relationships with our clients and the community.

Each new year represents an opportunity to review what we have learned, envision what lies ahead, and clearly decide where we want to focus our energy.
In our case, 2026 will be marked by a series of objectives that reflect who we are, what we have built, and where we want to move forward together with our clients.

We want to grow in presence and market participation in Chile, Latin America, and the United States, but we also want to do so by strengthening what truly makes the difference:
knowledge, innovation, service quality, and the ability to respond to increasingly complex challenges.

For this reason, one of our focuses will be increasing investment in research and development, and also doubling the technical training and certifications of our team in key environments such as AWS, Microsoft, and Meta.
We know that in an industry as dynamic as technology, learning, staying up to date, and deepening capabilities is not optional: it is an essential part of the value we deliver.

In addition, we will work to further promote our own solutions, such as Coralys, Event App, and SmartChat, expand our services into new support modalities, and continue actively participating in events, networks, and innovation challenges, both nationally and internationally.

Along with all of the above, we will continue strengthening our certifications, processes, and standards, and we will maintain an active commitment to social initiatives that help develop skills for the new world.

We believe that growth does not only mean going further.
It also means doing so with greater purpose, stronger preparation, and a greater ability to generate real impact.
