From Chile to New York: a journey that marked a turning point for Youtouch
October 14, 2025
On July 8, we received news that filled us with pride: Youtouch had been selected by ProChile to represent our country in the Technology and Innovation Trade Mission to the United States — an event that would tour Miami, New York, and Washington D.C. with the goal of strengthening Chilean talent’s presence in the North American ecosystem.
From that moment, a journey full of preparation, strategy, and excitement began. We set out to showcase the best of Chile: innovation, talent, and a global vision.
For weeks, we worked intensely to perfect our pitch, define our strengths, craft a powerful narrative, and prepare everything necessary to proudly represent our country.
On October 7, we set off for the United States.
It wasn’t just a business trip — it was a test of teamwork, commitment, and purpose, where every detail mattered. From the very first day, we promised ourselves to live every experience to the fullest.

The mission officially began at New York City Hall, an emblematic building that symbolizes the political and economic heart of the city.
There, alongside representatives from the Mayor’s Office, NYCEDC, and Small Business Services, we learned how New York fosters its tech ecosystem through innovation policies, startup investment, and public-private collaboration.
It was inspiring to see how the world’s most iconic city drives technological value creation — and how Chile is advancing in that same direction.
That first meeting set the tone for the entire week: vision, collaboration, and global ambition.

In the afternoon, we had meetings with Uptime IT and ERB NY, where we shared our vision for results-driven technology development.
Each conversation was an opportunity to demonstrate how, from Chile, Youtouch has delivered efficiency, innovation, and measurable results across more than 900 projects throughout Latin America.
Later, during the meeting with Empire State Development, we spoke with leaders in economic development and venture capital, reaffirming that Chilean technology can compete in the world’s most demanding markets.

The second day took us to a place that embodies the spirit of this mission: Cornell Tech, one of the world’s most prestigious tech universities, located on the futuristic Roosevelt Island.
Guided by Fernando Gómez-Baquero, Director of Innovation and Startup Programs, we toured the labs and spaces where technologies that are transforming entire industries are being created.
At Cornell Tech, we understood that true innovation is born from the connection between knowledge, creativity, and execution.
It reminded us that our purpose — creating technology that improves people’s lives — is aligned with the world’s best practices.

In the afternoon, the meetings moved to 7 Times Square, where we met with Health Ventures, Elementa Labs (Mount Sinai), and NVIDIA Corporation.
We discussed the use of artificial intelligence, automation, and computer vision to boost sectors such as healthcare, retail, and education.
Each of these meetings opened new possibilities for collaboration and made it clear that Youtouch has the capabilities and vision needed to scale globally.

Demo Day was the highlight of the tour.
Before an audience of investors, fund representatives, and innovation experts, we presented our story, results, and vision.
Our pitch, led by Ariel Sandoval and Cooper Pasten, showcased how our results-driven development methodology has achieved over 30% efficiency improvement in tech projects.
We shared the stage with outstanding Chilean companies such as RocketBot, Pegasi, TDCLA, and Medible — a moment that filled us with pride.
When the audience applauded, we felt that Chile had left its mark in New York.

The final day of the mission was simply unforgettable.
We visited the Nasdaq MarketSite offices, took part in the closing ceremony, and met with executives from the world’s leading financial market.
Being there — in the same place where the world’s most inspiring companies trade — was a symbol of what we can achieve when we believe in our potential.
It was the perfect ending to an intense week full of learning, connections, and dreams beginning to take shape.

One of the most emotional moments was seeing our logo and message displayed on the giant screens of Times Square.
That instant symbolized everything we are: a Chilean company that innovates, collaborates, and dares to think big.
It was more than an image — it was a statement of purpose: Chile also creates world-class technology.
This experience doesn’t end with the flight home.
We return with new ideas, alliances, and lessons that we’re already applying to benefit our clients.
Our commitment remains the same: to deliver technology that drives measurable results, real impact, and sustainable growth.
Youtouch doesn’t just develop software.
It builds futures.
We would like to thank #YoutouchCL, Friends and Family, ProChile, QUAY, Chiletec, and all the organizations and institutions that made this experience possible. We also thank Bou comunicaciones (https://www.boucomunicaciones.com/) for their Media Training support during the Demo Day presentation.
And to the Chilean companies that joined us on this mission — for their energy, vision, and camaraderie. Together, we showed that Chilean innovation has its own voice, a global vision, and a bright future ahead.
